Talk given to primary care professionals at the Kassam Stadium, Oxford

Jonathan Norris gave a talk to local general practitioners and optometrist on the 18th September 2019 as part of the Nuffield Health Ophthalmic Education Day. The talk included updates on eyelid lesion management, thyroid eye disease, facial palsy and eyelid ptosis / blepharoplasty surgery.

Jonathan Norris completes his research

Many thanks to those involved in my Dissertation in developing a Patient Reported Outcome Measure which was awarded a Distinction from Oxford University this year.  It is our hope to now develop this into a usable PROM.

Winning research paper at the British Oculoplastic Surgery Society

Mr Norris was the lead author of a winning research paper at the British Oculoplastic Surgery Society Annual meeting in Belfast this year, won by a training surgeon, entitled  'Meta-analysis of the adjunctive use of mitomycin C in primary and revision, external and endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy.' This paper relates to watery eye surgery.
