Mr Norris was the lead author of a winning research paper at the British Oculoplastic Surgery Society Annual meeting in Belfast this year, won by a training surgeon, entitled  'Meta-analysis of the adjunctive use of mitomycin C in primary and revision, external and endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy.' This paper relates to watery eye surgery.

Mr Norris delivered a talk in May 2015 to over 60 local Oxfordshire optometrists relating to the management of 'lumps and bumps of the eyelid.' at the Holiday Inn, Oxford.

Mr Jonathan Norris has now started practice at BMI Bishops Wood in Middlesex. He is a specialist in eyelid and tear duct surgery.
